All in-stock merchandise is shipped using USPS Priority Mail and should be received within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If, for any reason, you are not happy with an item, please return it within 15 days for an exchange or refund. eco•ditty™ bags must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION. USED BAGS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
We will credit your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. If we made an error on your order or an item is found to be defective, please call us immediately at 303.775.3494.
